An online facilitated experience to commit to 14 days of consistent practice:
nervous system regulation & support
somatic movement & release
breath & restoration

commit to 14 days of consistent practice for approximately 20 minutes per day (this can be split up across the day if absolutely necessary but works best as an integrated single session)
floor space to breathe and move (optional yoga mat and cusion/block/bolster/pillow)
an interest in learning about your nervous system, stress response cycle, why you might find it hard to be motivated or sustain your motivation over time perhaps burning out frequently, why you feel stuck and unable to move forward, why you feel disconnected from your authentic self and showing up as who you want to be, the vagus nerve, diaphragmatic breath and the benefits of movement and sound therapy
the practice is appropriate for all levels and backgrounds, no experience is required
if you have significant blocks around injuries, chronic pain, postnatal recovery or other bodymind conditions, please contact Jacq to find out if this is right for you

people who do not have a current daily practice that is self-led - i.e. independent of any guided class, practice, audio, visual, or needing to go anywhere
people who want their own practice to self-soothe, ground and release built up stress each day to avoid burning out
people who are feeling stuck currently or lacking in motivation, vitality, direction, inspiration, life force
people experiencing change or growth - new business growth, motherhood, career change, relationship ending/beginning
people wanting to find and sustain their energy, rest adequately and make discerning, grounded and authentic decisions to take aligned action

online workshop on Thursday 17th Oct 6.30pm AEDT (allow 1.75hrs)
first day of your practice starts 18th Oct AEDT
online debrief session Thursday 31st Oct 6.30pm AEDT (allow 1hr)

You will need to attend the online workshop on 17 Oct 6.30pm AEDT to learn the content and the practice framework to implement the Challenge.
It is highly recommended you attend the debrief on 31 Oct 6.30pm AEDT to get the full benefit of your investment in the Challenge.
These are the only two required attendances to online sessions. You will also have access to the community group Whatsapp to interact with other members.

You will be given everything you need at the online workshop on 17 Oct 6.30pm AEDT.
The practice is done daily and is self-guided after the initial workshop. Don't worry - you will learn everything you need to implement the Challenge and you will have access to the community group to ask Jacq and other members questions as needed.
